All PDQ-it Motorcycles are fitted with Satellite Navigation to ensure the package gets there fast and discretely. There really isn't a faster way to get your package delivered - unless of course you own a helicopter!

PDQ-it motorcycle couriers provide a unique personal service where we are in contact with the rider at all times by phone. All deliveries are transported directly from collection to their destination by the same rider and you can be notified immediately when your package has been delivered by either a phone call or text message. Proof of delivery is always available.

Prices:

Collection Journey

FREE (within 10 miles from PE3 9XL, after that £1.50 per mile )

Laden Journey

£1.50 per mile (minimum charge £25.00)

Laden Return Journey

£0.50 per mile (return to collection point only)

Waiting time

£0.50 per minute (first 15 minutes free)

Subsistence*

£75.00 (if Collection + Laden Journey is 350 miles or over)

Weekends, Public Holidays or Evenings

25% surcharge (evenings 6pm - 7am)

Toll, Ferry, Tunnel Charges

Will be added to bill (where applicable)

All prices are end-prices

* Subsistence is applicable if the collection journey + laden journey is 350 miles or more, we will endeavour to deliver your package on the same day, but will charge the subsistence for the rider to rest on completion of the job.

How are our motorcycle courier charges are calculated?

Examples:

Collection within 10 mile radius of our base.

Pick up from the collection point (within a 10 mile radius of our base PE3 9XL) and deliver to Manchester. We would charge £1.50 per mile for the laden journey and if the laden journey (or part thereof) was before 7am or after 6pm we would add 25% to the total.
Pick up from the collection point (within a 10 mile radius of our base PE3 9XL) and deliver to Manchester and then bring an item back to the collection point. We would charge £1.50 per mile for the laden journey and £0.50 per mile for the laden return journey and if the laden journey or laden return journey (or part thereof) was before 7am or after 6pm we would add 25% to the total.

Collection outside 10 mile radius of our base.

Pick up from the collection point in Cambridge and deliver to York. We would charge £0.50 per mile for the collection journey from our base to the collection point in Cambridge less £5.00 (10 miles @ £0.50) and then £1.50 per mile for the laden journey to York and if the laden journey (or part thereof) was before 7am or after 6pm we would add 25% to the total.

Invoicing and Payment:

Private customers and first time business customers will be strictly ProForma and Payment in cash upon Collection (or Delivery before goods are handed over).

Credit Facilities are available for businesses.

Invoices are usually raised the day after the job has been completed, payment can be by cash, cheque or BACS.
Payment will be due within 7 days of invoice date.
